Definition of Seller and Buyer

Definitions of the Seller and the Buyer
- Rassan Faucets Company respects the privacy of buyers and all individuals who use the services of the Rassan website and is committed to protecting their personal information.
- The Buyer is required to obtain all necessary information regarding the product through the Seller's website before submitting an order form and purchasing any product. The Buyer shall place an order only after reviewing and understanding the relevant product information.
- Users are required to complete the registration and product order forms with accurate and complete information when registering and placing an order. If the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, the order cannot be processed or delivered and will be canceled after the user is notified.
- The Buyer is required to thoroughly inspect the product upon delivery by the postal service or courier. If any signs of damage, breakage, or defects are observed, the Buyer must refuse acceptance of the shipment. The Seller shall not be held liable for any visible damage, breakage, defects in appearance, or packaging issues reported after the product has been received and accepted by the Buyer.
- The Seller is obligated to deliver products that are in good condition, free from defects, and consistent with the descriptions provided to the Buyer, in accordance with the applicable shipping terms. In cases where products are shipped through the national postal network, the Seller shall not be held liable for any damage caused by improper handling or transportation by the shipping carrier. Any such damage shall be compensated in accordance with the applicable postal insurance coverage.
- It is understood that if the Buyer is not present at the delivery address provided at the time of ordering and the product is returned, any responsibility and costs associated with reshipping the product shall be borne by the Buyer.
- Upon receipt of the order form and confirmation of the order, the Seller is obligated to prepare the purchased product and deliver it to the Buyer in appropriate packaging. If the order is shipped via postal services or third-party transportation companies, any delays, disruptions, or issues occurring after the product has been handed over to the postal service or carrier and during the delivery process shall be the responsibility of the Islamic Republic of Iran Post Company or the respective transportation company.
- If the Buyer refuses to accept the shipment delivered by the Seller (whether through postal services or a courier company), or fails to collect the package from the designated postal office after a delivery attempt and the package is returned, the Buyer shall be responsible for any reshipping costs. In such cases, the Seller shall not be liable for the Buyer's failure to receive the product.
Shipping Terms and Conditions

Customers may place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, order processing and shipping arrangements are carried out only on business days.
A business day is defined as Saturday through Thursday, excluding official public holidays in Iran. Orders placed outside business hours or during holidays will be processed on the first business day following the holiday period.

Delivery within Tehran (District 22): Subject to product availability in stock, orders for which payment is confirmed before 3:00 PM will be processed and delivered within a maximum of 48 hours. Orders placed after this time will be processed at the beginning of the next business day.

Delivery to Other Cities (Outside the 22 Municipal Districts of Tehran): Upon placement of an order and subject to product availability in stock, orders will be shipped via postal services. Delivery to destinations outside Tehran typically takes between 2 and 4 business days, depending on the destination and postal service operations.
Product Pricing Policy
Rassan’s pricing policy is based on customer-oriented principles and respect for consumer rights. The prices displayed for Rassan sanitary and building faucets are the approved retail prices and are uniform throughout the country.
Please note that all product prices include Value Added Tax (VAT). Customers are not required to pay any additional amount for VAT. However, packaging, shipping, transportation insurance, and other related charges may, depending on the order conditions, be calculated separately and will be clearly indicated in the shopping cart before the order is finalized.

This payment method is only available for customers within the 22 municipal districts of Tehran.

The defect must be reported to Rassan Faucets within a maximum of one week after receiving the product.
