All Rassan products come with a 5-year warranty and after-sales services.

Consumable parts such as cartridges, aerators, batteries, etc., are covered for 2 years, and consumable parts like hoses, showerheads, handsets, etc., are covered for 1 year.

1.Please note that the products must be within the warranty period. To activate the warranty, kindly follow the instructions provided in the warranty booklet and the guidelines available on the Rassan website.

2.Please ensure that any defect is not caused by improper installation or inadequate maintenance of the product. In general, issues resulting from incorrect installation or maintenance, improper use, exposure to strong acidic or alkaline detergents, physical damage, unsuitable environmental conditions such as high water pressure, freezing, humidity, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
