Please note that products must be within the valid warranty period to qualify for warranty services. To activate your warranty, kindly follow the instructions provided in the warranty booklet and the guidelines available on the Rasan website.

Please also ensure that any defect or malfunction is not the result of improper installation or inadequate maintenance. In general, damages or failures caused by incorrect installation, improper maintenance, misuse, the use of strong acidic or alkaline cleaning agents, physical impact, or unsuitable environmental conditions such as excessive water pressure, freezing, humidity, and similar factors are not covered under the warranty.
