Are Rasan faucets installed only by authorized Rasan technicians?
No. The installation of faucets does not have to be carried out exclusively by Rasan technicians. You may also seek assistance from any qualified and experienced plumbing professional available to you.
Why does it take a few seconds from closing the lever until the water fully stops?
This issue may be caused by sediment buildup in the aerator screen, and it can be resolved by cleaning the screen with a 50% vinegar and 50% water solution.
Why does water flow only from the hand shower after initial installation of the shower system, and there is no water output from the overhead shower when switching the mode?
During installation, the short connecting hose and the long shower hose were installed in reverse positions.
What is the reason for leakage from the aerator (water outlet) when the faucet is closed?
If the leakage stops after a few seconds, the aerator screen should be removed and the deposits behind the screen cleaned. If the leakage is continuous, the cartridge needs to be replaced.
Why does the sensor faucet keep running continuously and not turn off after use?
The calibration process of the sensor faucet has not been performed correctly or needs to be redone. The water inlet and outlet on the control box have been installed incorrectly.
Why does the sensor light remain constantly on after installing a sensor faucet or after some time of use?
A constantly lit sensor indicator means that during the calibration process, the wire has not been removed from the sensor socket.
What is the reason for the improper functioning of flush tanks?
The presence of sand, debris, or sediment in the float valve or flushing mechanism, which requires servicing.
Why has the water flow from the main shower head decreased?
It may be due to limescale buildup in the shower head, which requires servicing. In both exposed and concealed faucets, this issue can also occur due to sediment buildup in the cartridge, which needs to be serviced.
